Muffy whipped my pathetic butt. Whipped it. Yours truly completed that 5K in 42:49. Sigh. Last year I was running 32 min 5K's. This year, I'm apparently strolling them.

However, Muffy did NOT whip Blondie's butt. As a matter of fact, it was the other way around! Blondie ran his 10K in 59:33!!!! Go Blondie!

Yours truly is hurting a little bit today. A few beers at the bar in the 'hood with Party C, turned into a blotto-fest last night. Leftover pizza was the obvious choice for breakfast today, so now not only am I hungover, I'm also stuffed full of greasy food. Ugh.
